Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Delivery Support Associate to join a team of Agents delivering, installing, and hauling away electronics at customers' homes during the busy holiday season.

You will assist with delivery, installation, repair and integration tasks, and you may advise on product placement and services. The role can be performed solo or in a two-person team, with emphasis on customer experience and practical problem solving.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds as a team with the use of support tools such as a harness, dolly or lift with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation.
• Help ensure installed appliances are damage-free, accurately installed and fully functioning.
• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and giving recommendations regarding products, services and content.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other Agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
