Best Buy is seeking a Delivery Assistant to join during the holiday season, supporting a team of Agents with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronics.

You’ll help install appliances, ensure proper setup, advise customers on product placement, and work solo or in a two-person team while maintaining inventory and paperwork accuracy. This role emphasizes safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds as a team with tools.

Responsibilities

• Install basic appliances and ensure proper functioning.
• Advise customers on product placement and related services.
• Work alone or as part of a two-person team to complete deliveries.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance with other Agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
