Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Delivery Support Associate to assist with delivery, installation, repair, and haul-away of electronics during a busy season. You’ll join a team of Agents and help ensure smooth, damage-free installations and provide product recommendations in customers’ homes.

Responsibilities include handling basic installations, inventory management, and paperwork, with the option to work solo or in a two-person team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds with team effort using assistive tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronic devices.
• Perform basic appliance installation and ensure proper functioning.
• Advise customers on product placement and recommendations.
• Work independently or with a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance with Agents.
