Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Delivery Supervisor to help manage the delivery operations team in North Wales, PA. You will oversee the daily activities, monitor the delivery fleet with Samsara, and coordinate with sales, warehouse and customer service to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and strong customer service.

The role requires at least 3 years of related experience, proficiency in MS Office and presentation software, and a proactive, team-driven approach in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Effectively aid in managing the delivery operations team.
• Monitor delivery fleet using Samsara.
• Recommend and/or perform performance management actions including hiring, transfers, and discipline.
• Maintain driver attendance records, sick days, vacation, etc.
• Trains drivers in safe driving, lifting techniques and delivery process.
• Ride along with drivers and coach on customer service, productivity and safety.
• Payroll oversight including attendance records and PTO.
• Responsible for DOT compliance, safety requirements, and drug screening.
• Oversee verification and processing of daily delivery driver invoices, paperwork, returns and collections.
• Interface with customers, solve discrepancies and build relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, delivery and customer service departments.
• Administration of workers' compensation, incentive and safety programs.
• Respectfully handle beverage alcohol product.
• Other duties as assigned.
