Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is hiring for a full-time Delivery Supervisor to oversee daily delivery operations, plan driver schedules, and balance routes across service hours.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and maintaining high-quality customer service in a fast-paced distribution environment. Ideal candidates hold an Associate's degree with relevant experience or a GED with extensive supervisory background, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree with 3-4+ years of related experience and 0-1+ years supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of related experience and 1-2+ years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling including driver schedules and routes.
• Foster an engaging environment, ensuring employees feel valued and motivated.
• Monitor KPIs, address performance gaps, and meet productivity targets.

Education

Position Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and schedulingincluding planning driver schedules, managing routes, and ensuring deliveries are completed on time
• Foster an environment that promotes employee engagement, taking responsibility for establishing and sustaining a culture where employees feel valued and motivated
• Ensure quality standards and productivity goals are achievedby monitoring driver performance, analyzing KPIs, and addressing any performance gaps to meet department targets
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety and health standards (DOT, OSHA, etc.) by conducting safety audits, ensuring driver adherence to protocols, and staying current on regulatory changes
• Coordinate and adjust driver routes daily to balance delivery schedules, customer demands, service hours, and workload, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationshipsinternally and externally through regular communication collaboration to improve delivery efficiency and meet overall business objectives
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Associates Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
