Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Delivery Specialist in Michigan to deliver purchased merchandise to customers within the assigned market and uphold safety and quality standards. You will build trusted relationships, provide seasoned advice, and handle product returns as needed.

You will also coordinate with field sales and store personnel to meet customer needs while loading, unloading, and securing items for transport.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving experience and a valid DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• MVR check requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise to customers within schedule and maintain safe delivery practices.
• Operate and maintain delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Load/unload products safely; perform pre/post trip inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues during delivery.
• Communicate with customers and coordinate with store personnel.
• Handle returns, exchanges, or inquiries as needed.
• Maintain records of deliveries and issues.
