Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Delivery Specialist to deliver merchandise to customers within the assigned market and ensure safe, timely deliveries. You will build trusted relationships, provide seasoned advice, and handle returns when needed.

The role requires prior truck delivery exposure, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate handling equipment. Expect to work with store personnel and the field sales team to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older and have at least 3 years of driving experience.
• MVR check requirements must be met; clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver purchased merchandise to customers within the assigned market.
• Operate and maintain delivery vehicle and equipment, including trailers.
• Load, unload, and organize products safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and report issues.
• Communicate with customers and provide updates during delivery.
