Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to safely deliver parts to professional customers and manage COD collections. You will operate company vehicles, use fleet devices, and maintain vehicle inspections. Strong customer service and multilingual skills (Spanish preferred) are encouraged.

You will join a team committed to safety, reliability, and on-time deliveries while handling returns, fueling, and daily paperwork, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish encouraged).
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license.
• Driving record must meet company standard.
• Familiar with automotive parts and store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and products to customers in a safe, efficient manner.
• Process deliveries using fleet handheld devices and obtain customer signatures.
• Maintain and inspect delivery vehicles daily; keep vehicles clean and secure.
• Handle COD payments and customer returns; secure monies and assets.
• Communicate customer needs to store management and report vehicle issues.
• clock in/out per company policy and assist with other duties as needed.

Skills
