Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company 14/18-point standards.
• Must possess a legally required state drivers license.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish desired).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and complete vehicle inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean and maintain daily inspections prior to operation.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet cards, hand-held devices, and monies collected at all times.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slips.
• Communicate problems or special needs from customers to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage to store manager immediately.
• Ensure fuel tanks are filled and vehicles are secured at days end.
• Clock in/out according to company policy; perform other duties as assigned.
• May assist customers as cashier or help with merchandising when business dictates.
