O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers, with duties including processing deliveries, collecting payments on COD orders, and handling returns. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will be responsible for keeping vehicles well-maintained, secure, and compliant with daily inspections, while coordinating with store management on customer needs and issues.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean and maintained; complete daily inspections prior to operation.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies collected at all times.
• Pickup customer returns and fill out driver return slips; report vehicle issues to store management.
• Communicate customer issues or special needs to store management as needed.
• Clock in/out per company policy; perform additional duties such as cashiering, stocking, and merchandising as required.
