Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Delivery Specialist to bring purchased merchandise to customers in the assigned market, ensuring safety and timely delivery. You will build trusted relationships and offer product knowledge to create a Legendary Customer Experience.

The role emphasizes safe delivery practices, adherence to policies, and positive interaction with customers and store teams during the transportation of goods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Must be 21 years or older with at least 3 years of driving experience and clean MVR

Responsabilités

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Ensure timely deliveries and meet scheduled delivery times.
• Operate and maintain a delivery vehicle and trailer as needed.
• Load, unload and organize products safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns during delivery.
