Job summary

Tractor Supply seeks a Delivery Specialist to deliver purchased merchandise to customers in the assigned market, upholding delivery and safety standards. You will build trusted relationships, provide seasoned advice, and ensure safe product transport. Resolve issues and manage returns as required.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, timely deliveries, and collaboration with store personnel to meet customer needs in all weather and road conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• DOT Medical Card as required for safety compliance.
• 21+ years old with at least 3 years of driving experience and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver purchased merchandise to customers within assigned market.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and on-time deliveries.
• Operate and maintain delivery vehicle and equipment safely.
• Load/unload and organize products safely and efficiently.
• Communicate updates and concerns to customers during delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues as needed.
