You will operate delivery equipment, perform vehicle inspections, and collaborate with field sales and store personnel to satisfy customer needs, including handling returns and exchanges as required.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous truck delivery experience is a plus but not required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Professional Certifications: DOT Medical Card as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise to customers in the assigned market.
• Ensure timely deliveries meeting scheduled times.
• Load, unload, and organize products safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns during delivery.
• Communicate with customers and store personnel to meet customer needs.
• Handle returns, exchanges, or customer inquiries as needed.
