Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Delivery Specialist to deliver merchandise to customers, uphold safety, and provide Legendary Customer Experience. You will build trusted relationships, offer seasoned advice, and resolve issues during delivery while handling returns as needed.

Responsibilities include timely deliveries, vehicle inspections, and maintaining accurate delivery records, while partnering with store personnel to satisfy customer needs and ensure safe transport of products.

Qualifications

• Experience with truck delivery and safety standards.
• Must be 21+ years old with at least 3 years driving experience and meet MVR checks.
• DOT Medical Card is required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Ensure timely deliveries within scheduled times.
• Operate and maintain delivery vehicle and trailer as needed.
• Load, unload and organize products safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety.
• Communicate with customers and provide updates as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships.
• Coordinate with field sales and store personnel to meet customer needs.
• Handle returns or exchanges as required.
