Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Delivery Specialist to responsibly deliver merchandise to customers within the assigned market, ensuring safety and a Legendary Customer Experience. You will build trusted relationships, provide seasoned advice, and handle returns when needed.

You will operate a delivery vehicle, load and unload goods, and coordinate with store personnel to satisfy customer needs. A valid license and clean MVR are required, with emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• DOT Medical Card as required.
• Must be 23 years of age or older with at least 3 years of driving experience and meet MVR check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise to customers within the scheduled windows and assigned market.
• Operate and maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle and equipment, including trailers when needed.
• Load, unload, and organize products safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and readiness.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and promptly address issues or delays.
• Communicate with customers, providing updates and addressing concerns during delivery.
