Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Delivery Specialist to serve customers by delivering purchased merchandise across the assigned market while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will build trusted relationships, offer seasoned advice, and resolve issues during delivery, ensuring a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires safe driving, efficient handling of products, and collaboration with store teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with at least 3 years of driving experience and meet MVR check requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• DOT Medical Card required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Ensure timely deliveries, meeting or exceeding scheduled delivery times.
• Operate and maintain a delivery vehicle and equipment including a trailer.
• Load, unload, and organize products safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and address issues.
• Communicate with customers for updates and concerns during delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a positive experience.
• Collaborate with field sales and store personnel to satisfy customer needs.
• Handle products with care and ensure safe transport.
• Follow traffic laws and company policies for safe driving.
• Handle returns, exchanges, or customer inquiries as needed.
