Job Responsibilities

1. Deliver parts and/or products to O’Reilly stores and distribution centers in a safe and efficient manner.
2. Drive company vehicle, ensuring compliance with legal driver’s license requirements and company driving eligibility standards.
3. Pick up and sign for stock transfers, deliver to the correct store, and maintain daily delivery routes.
4. Keep fleet, fuel card, vehicle, and keys secure; understand accident report procedures.
5. Verify invoices with store personnel and adhere to delivery schedules, reporting delays as needed.
6. Maintain a professional image and communicate effectively with store management about delivery issues.
7. Perform daily vehicle checks, log mileage, and report maintenance needs immediately.
8. Ensure vehicle is fueled, locked, and secured after use; drive safely and defensively.

Skills, Education, and Experience

Required:

• Ability to quickly read and match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing delivery conditions.
• Driving record that meets company standards (14/18-point system).

Desired:

• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
