Join to apply for the Delivery Specialist - Hub role at O'Reilly Auto Parts.

Deliver parts and/or products to O’Reilly stores and distribution centers in a safe and efficient manner.

Essential Job Functions

1. Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and/or distribution centers. Must have a valid state driver's license and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
2. Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on the route, delivering to the appropriate store.
3. Maintain daily city route manifest for deliveries.
4. Keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle, and keys secure. Be familiar with accident report guidelines.
5. Ensure invoices are verified and signed by store personnel. Make deliveries according to schedule and report delays.
6. Project a professional image and communicate any issues to store management.
7. Check vehicle fluid levels and log mileage daily before operation.
8. Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately. Ensure the vehicle is fueled, locked, and secured at day's end. Drive safely and defensively.
9. Follow company clock-in/out policies.

Required:

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company standards (14/18-point record system).

Desired:

• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
