Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Gilroy, CA is seeking a Delivery Specialist to deliver purchased merchandise to customers across the market, while meeting delivery and safety standards and providing a Legendary Customer Experience.

You will load and unload products, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain the delivery vehicle, and work with store staff and the field sales team to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries and responsive customer support, including handling inquiries and returns

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with at least 3 years of driving experience and valid MVR check.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• DOT Medical Card required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Load, unload, and organize products.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with customers.
• Partner with store personnel and field sales to meet customer needs.
• Handle returns and exchanges as needed.
