Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Delivery Specialist to efficiently deliver merchandise to customers within the assigned market while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will build trusted relationships, provide seasoned advice, and ensure a Legendary Customer Experience. This role requires safe driving, timely deliveries, and proactive communication with customers and store teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• DOT Medical Card as required.
• Must be 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience and meet MVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise to customers within assigned market and meet delivery times.
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections for safety.
• Load, unload, and organize products safely.
• Communicate with customers and provide updates during delivery.
• Handle returns, exchanges, or customer inquiries as needed.
