Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Delivery Specialist to safely deliver merchandise to customers in assigned markets and to provide a Legendary Customer Experience. You will maintain delivery vehicles, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and coordinate with store personnel to meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes safe driving, on-time deliveries, and excellent customer service with the flexibility to work with field sales and store teams.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older and at least 3 years of driving experience with MVR check requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• DOT Medical Card as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Maintain an organized and clean delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and update customers during delivery.
