Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Delivery Specialist to deliver merchandise to customers within the assigned market. You will build trusted relationships, offer seasoned advice, and ensure safe product transport while maintaining high service standards.

Required: 21+ years old, minimum 3 years driving experience, high school diploma or equivalent, DOT Medical Card preferred. Familiarity with pallet jacks, forklifts, and dollies is a plus. Flexibility to work varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with driving and delivering merchandise.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; DOT medical card required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver purchased merchandise to customers in assigned market.
• Maintain safe and organized delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Load/unload products and perform basic inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service and address concerns during delivery.
• Coordinate with field sales team and store personnel to meet customer needs.
• Handle returns and inquiries as needed.
