Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Delivery Specialist to deliver purchased merchandise to customers within the assigned market, meeting delivery and quality standards and providing Legendary Customer Experience through trusted relationships and seasoned advice.

The role requires safe delivery practices, handling returns, and communicating with customers during the delivery process while partnering with field sales and store personnel to meet customer needs. Training and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older, have at least 3 years of driving experience and meet MVR check requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• DOT Medical Card as required
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Ensure timely deliveries, meeting or exceeding scheduled delivery times.
• Operate and maintain a delivery vehicle and equipment, including a trailer at times.
• Load, unload, and organize products safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and issues.
• Communicate with customers with updates or concerns during delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a positive experience.
• Partner with field sales and store personnel to satisfy customer needs.
• Handle all products with care to avoid damage and ensure safe transport.
