Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Delivery Specialist to deliver merchandise to customers within the assigned market, while upholding safety and quality standards. You will build trusted relationships, provide seasoned advice, and resolve delivery issues with a focus on Legendary Customer Experience.

You will operate delivery equipment, load and unload goods, and coordinate with store personnel and field sales to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving experience and clean MVR per requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• DOT Medical Card required

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance.
• Ensure timely deliveries.
• Load/unload products safely.
• Perform vehicle inspections.
• Communicate with customers during delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with field sales and store personnel.
• Follow traffic laws and company policies.
• Handle returns or inquiries as needed.
