O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to customers, and manage related duties. The role includes using handheld devices to process deliveries, collect signatures, and perform vehicle inspections.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company standards.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and perform inspections.
• Keep vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and money secure at all times.
• Pickup customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Report problems to store management and coordinate with customers.
• Ensure fuel is topped and secure the vehicle at day’s end.
• Clock in/out per policy and assist with cashiering or merchandising as needed.
• Perform other duties including stocking and general duties as assigned.
