O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to professional customers, and collect money on COD deliveries. The role includes handling returns, using handheld devices, and staying compliant with safety and vehicle procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company’s 14/18-point record system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.

Responsabilités

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and complete inspections.
• Maintain vehicles and keep them clean; secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies collected.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slips.
• Communicate issues or special needs to store management; report maintenance or accidents immediately.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and secure the vehicle at day’s end; clock in/out per policy.
• Assist with customer service, stocking, merchandising, and may cashier when needed.
