Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Delivery Specialist to operate company vehicles, deliver parts to professional customers, and collect COD payments. You will also pick up customer returns and ensure vehicles are clean and safe for daily use.

Fluency in Spanish is encouraged, and you will use handheld devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, log mileage, and support store operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Need strong interpersonal communication and ability to adapt to changing delivery situations.
• Must meet driving eligibility requirements and possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Spanish language skills are highly desired; familiarity with automotive parts is a plus.
• Ability to use handheld devices for deliveries and processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Use delivery fleet devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update mileage, and perform daily inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and secure all equipment and monies.
• Pickup customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate issues to store management and report vehicle maintenance or damage.
• Ensure fuel tank is full and lock vehicles at end of day; clock in/out per policy.
• Assist customers as needed, including cashiering and merchandising tasks.
