Job summary

OReilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to customers, and collect COD payments. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain equipment, and help with merchandising and customer service as needed. This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, with safety and accuracy emphasized in each delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Bilingual Spanish is highly desired.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license and meet driving eligibility requirements.
• Familiarity with automotive parts a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Use delivery fleet devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage.
• Maintain vehicles, perform inspections, and secure keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies.
• Handle COD deliveries and customer returns.
• Assist customers and perform cashier/ merchandising tasks as needed.
• Report vehicle maintenance or incidents to store management.
• Keep vehicles clean and secure at end of day.
• Clock in/out per policy and assist with stocking and merchandising.
