Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a delivery driver in Wilmington, MA. You will safely operate a box truck, deliver products to stores, unload/load goods, and verify orders with store receivers. Build strong relationships with store managers to support sales and displays on a daily route.

The role requires weekend work, flexible hours, and a valid driver’s license with insurance. Candidates must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and meet wage expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 21 years of age or older
• You may be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shift
• Required work hours may be up to the legal limits allowed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety
• You have a have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensure as required by state law
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are able to lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

Safely deliver beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to local stores and keep shelves stocked for your community.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a box truck to transport product to and from assigned route stores
• Deliver product to assigned route stores
• Unload and load product from trailers and/or box trucks
• Check in orders with the store receiver
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
