Job summary

PepsiCo in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a full-time box truck driver to safely transport products to route stores and handle loading/unloading duties. You will build relationships with store managers and support national and local initiatives.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 15–40 pounds repeatedly, and willingness to work varied schedules, including weekends or holidays. On-the-job training is provided and benefits are offered.

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 21 years of age or older
• You may be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shift
• Required work hours may be up to the legal limits allowed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety
• You have a have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensure as required by state law
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are able to lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a box truck to transport product to and from assigned route stores
• Deliver product to assigned route stores
• Unload and load product from trailers and/or box trucks
• Check in orders with the store receiver
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
