About Us
We are building AI-powered software that helps healthcare providers reduce administrative work and spend more time focused on patient care.
Our platform combines generative AI, clinical data, and deeply integrated software to automate workflows surrounding patient encounters, including documentation, clinical decision support, coding, and reimbursement.
As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Delivery team to ensure every customer has a smooth transition from implementation to successful day-to-day use of our platform.
About the Role
As a Delivery Specialist, you will own the customer journey from signed contract through successful implementation and go-live.
You will manage implementations end to end, including kickoff, requirements gathering, project planning, systems mapping, tenant configuration, training, and go-live support.
You will work directly with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and practice administrators, both remotely and on-site. You will serve as the project lead—owning the plan, driving timelines, managing dependencies, and bringing in the right internal resources when needed.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure successful implementations, transition customers smoothly through stabilization, and bring insights from the field back to our internal teams.
As an early member of the Delivery team, you will also help build and improve the function itself. The templates, training materials, processes, and playbooks you create will become the foundation for future implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Support.
- Build and maintain customer project plans, manage schedules and dependencies, and proactively communicate project status.
- Create and maintain systems‑mapping documentation for each customer environment.
- Configure customer accounts and environments within our application and verify all configurations before go‑live.
- Develop training plans and deliver instructor‑led training remotely and on‑site to physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and clinic administrators.
- Manage provider onboarding from start to finish and provide hands‑on support throughout go‑live.
- Document bugs and feature requests through internal processes and advocate for timely resolution on behalf of customers.
- Identify and escalation project risks early, clearly communicating issues while there is still time to address them.
- Create reusable project templates, training materials, documentation, and implementation playbooks.
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and make each subsequent deployment more efficient.
- Travel to customer locations across the US for training, go‑lives, and on‑site support.
