The Delivery Specialist will maintain and operate store vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner. This position will also collect money on C.O.D. deliveries and pick up customer returns.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
2. Use delivery fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete inspections.
3. Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and perform daily inspections before use.
4. Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and collected monies at all times.
5. Handle customer returns and complete driver return slips.
6. Communicate customer issues or needs to store management.
7. Report vehicle issues or accidents immediately.
8. Ensure vehicles are fueled, locked, and secured at the end of shifts.
9. Follow company clock-in/out policies.
10. Perform additional duties like customer service, stocking, merchandising, errands, and handling returns as assigned.
11. Assist customers or serve as cashier when needed, based on business demands.
