The Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include collecting money on C.O.D. deliveries, picking up customer returns, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and functionality.

Essential Job Functions

1. Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products safely and efficiently.
2. Use delivery fleet management devices for processing deliveries, capturing signatures, updating mileage, and vehicle inspections.
3. Maintain vehicles in good condition, keep them clean, and perform daily inspections.
4. Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and collected monies at all times.
5. Handle customer returns and complete driver return slips.
6. Communicate customer issues or needs to management.
7. Report vehicle issues or accidents immediately.
8. Ensure vehicles are fueled, locked, and secured after use.
9. Adhere to company clock-in/out policies.
10. Perform additional duties such as customer service, stocking, merchandising, and errands as needed.
11. Assist customers or serve as cashier when required.

Skills, Education, and Experience
