The Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include collecting payments on C.O.D. deliveries, handling customer returns, and maintaining vehicle condition.

Essential Job Functions

1. Operate company vehicles for deliveries, ensuring safety and efficiency.
2. Use fleet management devices to process deliveries and complete inspections.
3. Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of delivery vehicles.
4. Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, and collected monies at all times.
5. Handle customer returns and complete driver return slips.
6. Communicate customer issues to store management.
7. Report vehicle issues immediately.
8. Ensure vehicles are fueled and secured at day's end.
9. Follow company policies for clocking in/out.
10. Perform additional duties such as customer service, stocking, merchandising, and errands.
11. Assist customers or serve as cashier when needed.

Skills and Qualifications
