Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform complete walkthrough demonstrations of all interior and exterior features, including proper operation and filling/dumping of all holding tanks.
2. Guide each customer through CampTown Outfitters, recommending and selling items tailored to their needs.
3. Perform and demonstrate proper hitch setup for all travel trailer deliveries and coupling procedures for fifth wheel deliveries.
4. Ensure customers are familiar and comfortable with operating their installed brake controllers.
5. Ensure the safe departure of the tow vehicle and attached RV from the delivery pad.
6. Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the delivery area, including proper storage of cords and hoses and debris removal.
7. Prepare units scheduled for delivery the next day, transferring them from the make-ready area to the delivery pad.
8. Participate in daily department opening and closing procedures as outlined in written policies.

Requirements

1. Conduct functional and visual inspections of each incoming unit from the factory.
2. Maintain documentation of inspections.
3. Work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
4. High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months of related experience/training, or equivalent.
5. Maintain professional and pleasant etiquette.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Ability to work nights and weekends.
8. Proficiency with Google Mail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Internet software, and Sys2K (Dealer Management Software).
