Job description

We are actively seeking a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual that is a team player. This full-time position will be responsible for delivering products along with other related warehouse duties such as stocking shelves, shipping product, loading trucks. Workweek is Monday through Friday, with an opportunity for overtime during the busy season. Pay range : $20 hourly depending on experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Interacting with customers over the phone and in person

• Order picking / staging when required
• Loading / unloading delivery vehicles
• Delivering product to customers, branch locations and pick up po's from vendors.
• An eye for safety including pre-trip inspections, securing loads and strict adherence to DOT / CDL regulations.
• Understanding and adherence to the regulations detailed in the FMCSA.
• Other related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to start at Anaheim branch daily, drive to Ontario and deliver product and transfers to other branches, return to Anaheim at end of day
• Basic phone experience
• Willing to work extended hours
• Able to work physically during hot or rainy days
• Forklift experience helpful
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on a repetitive basis
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred, but not required
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test and DOT physical

The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $18 to $20 per hour. SRS / Heritage considers multiple factors including job related knowledge, skillset and experience when determining the final salary.
