Job summary

N&M Transfer is seeking Customer Service Representatives for the Interline/Appointment Team at our Neenah corporate office. You will schedule delivery appointments and coordinate with partner carriers and special accounts. Hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Typing ability is also expected.

• Typing/keyboarding ability.

Responsibilities

• Schedule delivery appointments with partner carriers and special accounts.
