Jobot is seeking a Permanent Route Supervisor to lead our delivery team and optimize logistics to ensure timely, safe, and efficient product distribution. The role involves supervising drivers, planning routes, and coordinating with the logistics team to maintain high service levels.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of route supervision experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with logistics software.

• Ability to stay calm and decide under pressure.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of delivery laws and safety regulations.
