Job summary

Elder’s Ace Hardware is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport orders safely from stores to customers and other locations. You will manage deliveries from Acehardware.com and in-store orders, with next-day or same-day delivery cutoffs.

You may assist on-store projects when time allows, and ensure vehicle upkeep and proper filing of delivery instructions. Ideal candidates are at least 21 with a valid license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background and driving background check.
• Must wear seat belt and follow traffic laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop a daily delivery schedule based on orders placed, scheduled by store or transfer.
• Create a daily route to efficiently handle all delivery orders.
• Review orders for accuracy when picking up from the store.
