Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a delivery associate to perform routine vehicle inspections, plan routes, and ensure safe, timely delivery of merchandise to customer job sites. The role involves loading and unloading, pulling orders to match manifests, and maintaining accurate records.

You will interact with customers and help resolve any issues encountered on the route. Strong attention to safety procedures and the ability to work with minimal supervision while under general guidance will help you succeed

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; 2–5 years in delivery/logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans route to and from customers' businesses and adjusts for traffic or construction.
• Delivers merchandise to customers and contacts them if they are not present.
• Loads truck with daily merchandise and unloads at customer sites.
• Pulls orders to match manifests and prepares/maintains records.
• Provides assistance to resolve customer issues.
