Qualifications

• Proven experience in route planning, logistics or dispatch operations.
• Proficiency with route optimization software (e.g., RouteXL, OptimoRoute or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Upington, Northern Cape region.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (on-site and remote).
• Strong communication with dispatch and drivers.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Proactive in identifying and solving logistical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize daily delivery routes for a fleet of vehicles.
