Job summary

Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. seeks a Driver Helper to assist the driver with loading, unloading, and daily route tasks in Lake City, GA. You will help navigate to deliveries, carry freight into customer locations, and perform duties as needed to keep routes on track.

This entry level role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and reading skills, and a commitment to safety. Forklift experience is a plus and strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to read a map and geographic knowledge of the area.
• Ability to lift up to 120 lbs. unassisted.
• Must possess good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Load daily route onto the truck.
• Scan daily route onto the truck.
• Assist driver with navigating to deliveries.
• Assist driver with carrying freight into a business or residence destination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
