Job summary

AVI Foodsystems in Ohio is seeking a friendly and hard-working Delivery Route Driver for a full-time role in Huber Heights. The schedule is Monday–Friday, with competitive compensation and benefits for full-time team members.

You will load products for service locations, drive to client sites, maintain proper refrigeration, and deliver to vending attendants. This role requires a valid license, a good driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with growth opportunities within the

Responsibilities

• Load company vehicle with all products needed to service locations
• Drive to client locations and transport products and food
• Ensure refrigeration of all cold items in truck
• Deliver products to vending attendants at client locations
• Collect products and paperwork from vending attendants
• Discard unsold or stale merchandise
• Communicate positively with team members and customers
• Manage care of the company vehicle

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Delivery Route Driver.

This is a full-time position in Huber Heights, OH. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure company vehicle is properly loaded with all product needed to service locations
• Drive vehicle to transport products and food to client locations
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products in truck
• Deliver products and food to vending attendants at client locations
• Collect products and paperwork from vending attendants at client locations
• Discard unsold and stale merchandise
• Communicate positively with fellow team members and customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Manage the care of the company vehicle

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Valid driver’s license (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Outgoing personality with the skills to promote products
