AVI Foodsystems in Louisville, KY seeks a friendly, reliable Service Route Driver for a full-time role. The position runs Monday–Friday with a 5am start, involving loading, delivering, and stocking products at client locations, and ensuring proper refrigeration.

You will interact with customers, promote products, and maintain routes and vehicles, with comprehensive training and a strong family culture at AVI.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively to customers and AVI team members.

Responsabilidades

• Load and prepare company vehicle with products for service locations.
• Drive to client locations and deliver, load, and unload products and food as requested.
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers and ensure proper refrigeration.
• Oversee inventory and order merchandise; collect unsold items.
• Collect money from machines and communicate positively with customers.
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines and vehicles.

HEADQUARTERS SERVICE CENTER

Our Headquarters Service Center serves as the main support for all AVI operations throughout the United States. Departments include accounting, administration, finance, human resources, marketing, procurement, risk management, training and development, wellness and much more.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Service Route Driver. This is a full-time position in Louisville, KY. This position is Monday-Friday, with a 5am start time.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the company vehicle is properly loaded with all products needed to service locations
• Drive a vehicle to transport products and food to client locations
• Deliver, load, and unload products and food as requested
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products in the truck and at accounts
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines at accounts
• Manage the care of the company vehicle

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Valid driver’s license (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
