Job summary

The Sygma Network, Inc. is seeking an on-site helper to assist the driver in unloading product at customer locations following invoices and SYGMA procedures. You will learn routes on current bids, support route paperwork, and uphold safety with the company’s preferred methods.

Applicants should have a high school diploma/GED and be able to read/write clearly in English; CDL-A permit is preferred. Position includes physical demands and potential CDL training as scheduled.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and write clearly in English.
• CDL-A permit preferred or required for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Unload product according to customer specifications and SYGMA delivery procedures at customer locations.
• Develops and establishes good relationships with customers by providing excellent, courteous service.
• Learn route on current bid.
• Assist in all aspects of route paperwork.
• Works safely by following SYGMA’s Preferred Work Methods.
• Attend CDL School when scheduled.
• Assist the driver in backing and directing with hand signals or verbal communication.
