Job summary

Vizient in United States is seeking a Delivery Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver client engagements of moderate complexity. You will partner with Account Management and cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within scope, and align with client objectives.

You will independently manage execution, facilitate stakeholder communication, monitor performance, and address risks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management, consulting, client services, business operations, or related experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, project management tools, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Demonstrate effective use of AI tools to solve business problems and evaluate outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements by developing project plans and coordinating deliverables.
• Manage schedules, milestones, risks, and issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to PM methodologies, governance standards, and documentation.
• Partner with Account Management and cross-functional teams to support client outcomes.
• Build collaborative relationships, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
• Provide updates on status, risks, milestones, and action items through governance processes.
• Monitor performance and resources to stay aligned with objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve execution, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to enhance planning, coordination, reporting with oversight.
