Local Fare Jax is a family-owned business delivering fresh produce and meats to members across the Jacksonville area. We value reliability, customer service, and a personal touch in a mission-driven environment.

We offer a 4-day workweek (Wednesday–Saturday), a supportive team, and competitive pay with tips. Ideal candidates have a clean driving record, are 25 years or older, and can lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record with no tickets or moving violations in last 4 years.
• You must be 25 years of age or older to be eligible for inclusion under our company insurance policy.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry produce boxes up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with local Jacksonville routes and neighborhoods is a plus.
• Prior delivery or driving experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fresh produce and meats to members' homes and businesses within designated routes.
• Load and unload orders to ensure safe transport and delivery of high-quality products.
• Provide excellent member service by greeting members warmly and addressing any delivery-related concerns or questions.
• Handle produce with care to maintain its freshness and integrity.
• Use GPS or delivery software to follow optimized routes and maintain on-time deliveries.
• Communicate promptly with the team to report delivery status, delays, or issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with light administrative tasks, such as confirming delivery logs or payments, if needed.
