Job summary

Capgemini in the United States seeks a senior Program/Project Manager to lead complex GCP transformation, migration, modernization, and AI/cloud adoption initiatives.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage governance, RAID, budgets, and executive reporting while ensuring timely delivery and high quality outcomes for global clients. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and PM tool experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
• 5+ years leading Cloud Transformation or GCP programs.
• Deep knowledge of GCP services and migration methods.
• Experience directing multiple concurrent workstreams and global teams.
• Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Hands-on with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar PM tools.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
• 5+ years managing Cloud Transformation or GCP programs.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud migration methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and global delivery teams.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar PM tools.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $49.83/hour - $77.86/hour. Our offered benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
