• 2+ years in Project Controls/Project Finance or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of POC, WBS, EVM, forecasting and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Power BI and ERP systems preferred.
• Able to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead project financial planning, forecasting, and cost control across the delivery portfolio.
• Manage project performance using Percent Complete (POC) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodologies.
• Develop accurate cost, revenue, margin, cash flow, and Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) forecasts.
• Build executive dashboards, KPIs, and portfolio reporting to support data-driven decision making.
• Identify project risks, financial trends, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with Project Managers and Finance to ensure alignment between operational progress and financial reporting.
• Standardize project controls, forecasting, governance, and reporting processes to improve consistency and scalability.
• Support Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), portfolio reviews, and executive presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen delivery performance and project profitability.
• Cooperation with HQ team: Work closely with HQ teams to continuously improve dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear visibility into project budgets, actuals, forecasts, and variances.

The Delivery Program Controller – Americas is a highly visible individual contributor responsible for driving project financial governance, forecasting, and project controls across Hai Robotics' Delivery portfolio. This role partners closely with Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure predictable project execution, financial performance, and operational excellence.

Beyond managing project controls, this position will establish and continuously improve the project controls framework, reporting standards, and governance processes needed to support the rapid growth of Hai Robotics' Americas Delivery organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead project financial planning, forecasting, and cost control across the delivery portfolio.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Project Controls, Program Controls, Project Finance, or Project Management within warehouse automation, material handling, industrial automation, EPC, or similar capital project environments.
• Strong knowledge of POC accounting, WBS development, EVM, forecasting, budgeting, and project financial analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI and ERP systems preferred.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Travel up to 20% / Primarily Domestic, but with some international travel
