McKesson is seeking a driver to manage local routes in Tolleson, AZ, delivering healthcare products and building relationships with clients. You will be on the road from 5:00 am with a schedule that keeps you home daily and weekends off, supporting patient care with reliable, accurate order fulfillment.

This role emphasizes safe driving, physical stamina, and customer-facing communication. McKesson offers training to certify you on driving our equipment and ongoing wellness and benefits programs

Qualifications

• Current valid US Driver's License Class D
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Physical capability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to alternate between sitting and standing for extended periods (3+ hours each)
• Must meet and maintain DOT physical requirements

Position Details

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00am until route completion (home daily with weekends off!)
Base Pay: $21.33/hr - $22.31/hr
Earning Potential: Earn up to 10% additional incentive pay for meeting goals, with stretch opportunities for an extra 6% (paid every 4 weeks)
Location: Tolleson, AZ area with local routes

What You’ll Need (REQUIRED)

• Current valid US Driver's License Class D
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Physical capability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to alternate between sitting and standing for extended periods (3+ hours each)
• Must meet and maintain DOT physical requirements

Preferred

• 1-2 years of professional driving experience
• Strong verbal communication skills for client interaction
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability
• Experience in logistics, delivery, or healthcare industries

Compensation and Incentives

In addition to salary, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities, may be offered. In situations of high demand, there could be instances when our team needs to work beyond their scheduled times so our customers and their patients can get the healthcare products they need. We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan.
